Canned Tuna

A few months ago I had an annaphalactic shock. I was cooking, handling many foods potentially allergenic. All of them were not previously allergic to me. I was making tuna fish cakes with egg in it and feeding the dogs chicken.  So the concern was that I might have had been handling bad tuna.

What is bad tuna? Big fish are known to have heavy metals contained in their flesh due to the pollution in the sea surrounding them. The bigger the fish, the older it is, and the longer it has been in the polluted sea around it, the more polluted the sea it is caught in the worse it is.

In the end, I found I am not allergic to tuna. Though I did look out for tuna from different parts of the world. This is my collection.
